About the hosting product

1What's Gigahost?

Gigahost is a next-generation hosting service where you can host everything you've got; all your web pages, domains, databases, email addresses, and everything else with a single hosting account.

2How much disk space will I get?

Contrary to most other hosting products, the size of your account will constantly increase. This means you will get more and more space for all your stuff. Right now there's around 44 GB of space for each user, which is a lot more than you'll get at most other places in this price range.

3Are there any limitations?

There are almost no limitations on your account, except for the disk space (which currently is around 44 GB).

4Can I have several independent web pages on the same account?

Yes, you can have several independent web pages with each its domain. Every domain will get its own folder on the FTP account.

5What about Gigahost makes hosting so simple?

Your account is instantly created so you can start using the incredibly easy control center to add domains, set up email accounts, and transfer content to your websites – no matter how many of them you have. And if you have any questions along the way always feel free to write our helpful technical support staff.

Technical Support

1I'm not quite the computer wiz. Can I still set up a domain with you?

By developing a simple-to-use Control Centre, we have made it as simple as possible to run a web site. Many settings that would otherwise require special configuration can be changed right in the easy Control Centre.

However, it will always be necessary to understand basic tools realted to web hosting, such as how to use an FTP client. Depending on the type of web site you would like to make, it may also be necessary that you know about e.g. how to download a CMS such as WordPress.

If you need assistance or have any questions, you should not hesitate to contact technical support.

2Which languages do you provide Technical Support in?

Technical support and other questions can be asked in English or Danish.
